The colour of our Thai Red Curry Paste is derived from locally sourced red chillies that we have dried, and the flavours of this paste will blend beautifully with all types of meat including chicken, beef, pork, duck, and prawns.

Our Thai Yellow Curry Paste has its origins in West Thailand. It is the mildest of the curry pastes we make. Its flavours blend beautifully with white meat, and for vegan options, with chickpeas, lentils, and all the vegetables you love.

We call our Thai Massaman Curry Paste “The Adelaide Hills Fusion” in honour of the fusion of ingredients that make up one of the world’s favourite dishes. Flavours from Persia, the Indian subcontinent, and the Malay Archipelago abound in this rich, mild curry.

We call our Laksa Paste “The Adelaide Hills Controversy”. So what’s the controversy? Ownership of Laksa is claimed by at least 4 South East Asian nations and there are so many styles of Laksa. Just to add to the controversy, this is our style.

Our Indonesian style Satay Sauce is locally crafted in the Adelaide Hills, using Australian peanuts that have been wok roasted to give a unique authentic flavour.

We call our Indonesian style Rendang Paste “The Adelaide Hills Symbolic”. Why is it symbolic? Beef Rendang is a traditional Indonesian dish usually eaten on symbolic occasions such as weddings, etc.

Our Pickled Jalapeño “Chile Gordo” is crafted from our own grown, as well as other locally sourced, jalapeños. The perfect “pick me up” for any dish or a welcome addition to a cured meat and cheese platter.

We like to call our Extra Hot Chilli Sauce “The Adelaide Hills Reaper” out of respect for the super-hot Carolina Reaper chilli. Yes, we have included some locally grown Carolina Reapers in the recipe along with a few other super-hot varieties. Use with caution!!!
