Satay Curry Chicken

When we offer hot tasting samples at markets, or at in-store demonstrations, we often use The Origin of Taste Satay Sauce to make Satay Curry Chicken. This sweet peanut flavoured curry is very popular at these tastings and we regularly get requests for the recipe. So here it is!!!
