All items are shipped via standard Australia Post. Please allow 5-10 business working days for delivery and time frames will vary depending on where you are located.
Standard Postage & Handling Delivery – Cost is calculated automatically based on the weight of your order.
Whilst we will always endeavour to provide prompt delivery of your order, any unforeseen delays once the products leave our premises, are beyond our control and does not enable an automatic cancellation of the order, nor are we responsible for any damage or loss incurred as a result of delayed delivery.
During peak times, we appreciate your patience as we work through large volumes of orders. However, if an order has taken longer than you’d expect, please call us immediately on 0413 018 559 and we will track the order for you and let you know of its progress.
Refunds
Please note that all The Origin Of Taste orders are subject to stock availability. If stock is not available at the time of order, we offer a full refund or upon notification to the purchaser we will dispatch the goods expediently once they become available.
Please note that The Origin Of Taste will only accept claims made within 10 days of receipt on all damaged goods. If you receive an item that is deemed to be unsatisfactory or damaged, please notify orders@theoriginoftaste.com within 10 days of receiving the goods for an assessment evaluation. Please include in your notification any supporting photographic evidence, Best Before/Batch details, product description and detailed reason for dissatisfaction to validate claim.
The Origin Of Taste may also request that the goods be returned reply paid with all original packaging and receipted delivery numbers.
Subsequently, if The Origin Of Taste evaluates the assessment details provided by the customer and deems that the goods are faulty or damaged, then The Origin Of Taste will issue full replacement of goods or alternately we will refund the original product price and postage via the original method of payment.
Please note that we reserve the right to cancel any order and at any such time we will immediately notify the purchaser, and refund the monies paid using the original method received.
Should the Purchaser need to cancel an order, money will only be refunded if at least 48 hours notice is given prior to the dispatch of your order. The Origin Of Taste reserves the right to charge a 50% cancellation fee should less than 48 hours prior notice of dispatch be given.
